The bandage is applied in case of osteochondrosis, radiculitis, displacements and herniated discs, nerve entrapment, trauma, chronic pain in the lumbosacral spine region. Having two reinforcement ribs the bandage provides lumbar support, relaxation of the back muscles and normalization of blood flow.

It is also possible to apply a bandage after childbirth and after operations on the abdominal wall, including after a caesarean section (remove the reinforcement ribs). The bandage supports the abdominal muscles, provides moderate compression of the anterior abdominal wall and prevents the disruption of postoperative sutures
